Geoff Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of TEG and the architect of the company’s integrated model across live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff’s association with the company began in 2007 when he was appointed CEO of Ticketek. He spent three years aggressively growing Ticketek’s market share, partnerships and ticketing technology innovation. After a stint as a Partner and Director of SEL, one of Australia’s leading sports and entertainment companies, Geoff returned in 2011 to lead the diversification of Ticketek and its affiliated companies into touring and data analytics. TEG has expanded rapidly under Geoff’s leadership to become a global leader in live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff has previously held senior executive roles at IMG and Foster’s.

Sandra Rouse

Chief Financial Officer

Sandra Rouse joined Ticketek in 2010 in the role of Head of Finance and in 2011 moved into her current role as Chief Financial Officer for TEG. Sandra is responsible for all aspects of the financial control, performance management and reporting across the group. Prior to joining TEG Sandra held senior management positions in major consumer goods companies in Australia and Great Britain, including Diageo, Yum Restaurants, Heinz and Burger King. Her most recent role before joining TEG was as the Finance Director for the UK and Nordics at Burger King. Sandra qualified as a CPA in 2000 and holds a Commerce degree from UNSW.

Chief Operating Officer & Director of Strategy and M&A

Ian Ball is the Chief Operating Officer, Strategy and M&A Leader and Global Head of Venues for TEG. Ian oversees the Operations, Technology, IT, Communications and Corporate Affairs functions as well as leading TEG’s strategy, acquisitions and venues globally. He was previously CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed global professional services company Cardno, Deputy CEO and Markets Leader of EY Oceania, Managing Partner at IBM Global Business Services ANZ and a former Operating Partner at Silver Lake. Ian started his career at Bain & Co. and has advised dozens of companies on performance improvement, growth, M&A and digital technology strategy during his 35-year career.

Managing Director Global Ticketing & Chief Commercial Officer

Cameron Hoy is TEG’s Managing Director of Global Ticketing & Chief Commercial Officer. He has oversight of TEG Analytics, TEG Insights, TEG Digital and Commercial as well as all TEG’s Ticketing operations globally. Cam was previously Chief Operating Officer and Head of Ticketing for TEG, where he has led a dedicated and passionate team during times of rapid change and innovation in ticketing and e-commerce over the past 12 years. Cam has more than 25 years’ experience in the technology, e-commerce, media and entertainment industries as a senior executive in major Australian companies. Cam joined Ticketek Australia in 2007, rising to the role of Managing Director.

Brendon Bainbridge

Managing Director, TEG Asia

Brendon Bainbridge is the Managing Director of TEG Asia, based in Singapore. He leads all TEG’s ticketing and live entertainment activities in the region, including the TEG wholly-owned companies TicketCharge in Malaysia and TicketWorld in the Philippines. Brendon was previously Managing Director of Ticketek New Zealand, a role he held for over a decade. Brendon has extensive management experience across events, sales and marketing, including more than a decade with Marriott International in the US.

Tim McGregor is the Managing Director of TEG Live. With a background as an entertainment lawyer, Tim has hands-on experience of operational, marketing, sponsorship and hospitality across the sports and entertainment industry. As the Managing Director of TEG Live, Tim takes charge as the promoter of a full slate of live entertainment across concerts, family, sport and exhibitions. Tim draws upon more than two decades experience in major event touring, music festivals, motorsport, theatre and film.

Amanda Luhrmann is TEG’s Group General Counsel overseeing the legal, governance and compliance functions of the group globally. Amanda has practised in corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, having worked in a leading national law firm where she specialised in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions before moving in-house to various executive management roles in media production, advertising, live events, music, theatre, film, building, agribusiness and food & beverage. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and is an International Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Amanda Luhrmann

Group General Counsel

Amanda Luhrmann is TEG’s Group General Counsel overseeing the legal, governance and compliance functions of the group globally. Lauren Cavana joined TEG in 2015 and is General Manager Operations and HR. Lauren is responsible for Customer Care operations in addition to all HR functions. Lauren has a broad HR background with over 10 years’ experience across retail, entertainment and HR service businesses.

Andrew Reid

Before joining TEG, Andrew was head of digital investments and data at Dentsu Asia-Pacific, managing digital publishers relationships and data-related product development. Prior to that, Andrew was Managing Director, Komli Media ANZ, one the region’s leading programmatic technology groups and Managing Director for audience and media measurement group, Nielsen Online ANZ. Earlier roles included management positions with Commonwealth Bank’s Netbank division and News Corp’s internet and new media programs.

Cam was previously Chief Information Officer at Virgin Australia where he delivered some of the largest technology platform transformations in the airline’s history and was a member of the executive leadership team. He was previously CIO and SVP at Aurizon. Cam has worked across industries including aviation, financial services, health and in these roles has developed industry-leading experience running mission critical technology platforms, working with global vendors and leveraging data for strategic benefit.
