Geoff Jones is the Group Chief Executive Officer of TEG and the architect of the company’s integrated model across live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff’s association with the company began in 2007 when he was appointed CEO of Ticketek. He spent three years aggressively growing Ticketek’s market share, partnerships and ticketing technology innovation. After a stint as a Partner and Director of SEL, one of Australia’s leading sports and entertainment companies, Geoff returned in 2011 to lead the diversification of Ticketek and its affiliated companies into touring and data analytics. TEG has expanded rapidly under Geoff’s leadership to become a global leader in live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff has previously held senior executive roles at IMG and Foster’s.

Belinda Shaw is the Chief Financial Officer at TEG. Belinda is responsible for working with TEG’s growing portfolio of Live Entertainment Businesses, providing strategic direction and development, and is a key architect for TEG’s growth and planning.
Belinda started at TEG in July 2024 and comes to TEG with more than 25 years experience at a Senior Level, from large Corporates across multiple industries, leading Global and Regional Teams in Asia, Europe, USA, and Australia including General Electric, Sydney Airport and Boral. Her most recent roles before joining TEG were Acting Chief Financial Officer at Sydney Airport and Chief Financial Officer at Boral. Belinda is an FCPA and holds a Commerce degree from the University of South Australia.

Cameron was previously Managing Director for Ticketek and Chief Digital Officer at TEG, where he led a dedicated and passionate team during times of rapid change and innovation in ticketing and e-commerce over the past 12 years.
Cam has more than 25 years’ experience in the technology, e-commerce, media and entertainment industries as a senior executive in major Australian companies. Cameron joined Ticketek Australia in 2007, rising to the role of Managing Director.

Amanda Luhrmann is TEG’s Group General Counsel overseeing the legal, governance and compliance functions of the group globally. Amanda has practised in corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, having worked in a leading national law firm where she specialised in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions before moving in-house to various executive management roles in media production, advertising, live events, music, theatre, film, building, agribusiness and food & beverage.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and is an International Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tane leads TEG’s award-winning Sydney-based technology team while evolving and executing the company’s technology capability and investments. Tane has 10 years’ experience at TEG and its ticketing business Ticketek, transforming the customer experience for live events and working with cutting edge technologies and TEG’s software partners including Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks and MongoDB. Tane has over 20 years’ experience in software development and architecture and previously worked for QVC in London.

Tim McGregor is the Managing Director of TEG Live. With a background as an entertainment lawyer, Tim has hands-on experience of operational, marketing, sponsorship and hospitality across the sports and entertainment industry. As the Managing Director of TEG Live, Tim is responsible for TEG Live’s rapidly expanding concert touring and festivals portfolio which now includes MJR Presents, Handsome Tours, Laneway Festival and co-promotion with Empire Touring as well as several strategic partnerships across Asia. Tim draws upon more than two decades’ experience in major event touring, music festivals, motorsport, theatre and film.

Tim McGregor is the Global Head of Touring for TEG. With a background as an entertainment lawyer, Tim has hands-on experience of operational, marketing, sponsorship and hospitality across the sports and entertainment industry. Tim is responsible for overseeing the continued growth of the Global Touring Businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, UK, Europe, and North America. This portfolio includes TEG Live, TEG Dainty, TEG Van Egmond, TEG MJR, Handsome Tours, Laneway Festival, TEG Asia, TEG Live Europe and TEG North America. Tim draws upon more than three decades’ experience in major event touring, music festivals, motorsport, theatre and film.
Sandra Rouse

Sandra Rouse joined Ticketek in 2010 in the role of Head of Finance and in 2011 moved into the role of Chief Financial Officer for TEG until 2024. Sandra now holds the Executive Director position for the TEG Group. Prior to joining TEG Sandra held senior management positions in major consumer goods companies in Australia and Great Britain, including Diageo, Yum Restaurants, Heinz and Burger King. Her most recent role before joining TEG was as the Finance Director for the UK and Nordics at Burger King. Sandra qualified as a CPA in 2000 and holds a Commerce degree from UNSW.

Rachael has had a diverse career spanning senior roles in government, major event and tourism agencies through to being co-owner of an entrepreneurial sport and music promotional company. Rachael has developed major event and tourism strategies for cities, led successful government major event bids and executed host city planning for major events, including the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and the New Zealand 2011 Rugby World Cup.
Prior to TEG, Rachael was the Director and CEO of the Duco Events group of companies, leading the creation and delivery of multiple international major sporting events, overseeing the acquisition and growth of live music content as well as working in the intriguing word of international boxing promotion. As Managing Director, TEG Sport and Experiences, Rachael is responsible for the growth of TEG’s sport portfolio and its family and experiential entertainment businesses.

Colin Daniels is the Managing Director of South by Southwest Sydney. Colin spent the over a decade as the Managing Director of Inertia, Australia’s leading music distribution business. Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in data, analytics and research.
