Geoff Jones is the Group Chief Executive Officer of TEG and the architect of the company’s integrated model across live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff’s association with the company began in 2007 when he was appointed CEO of Ticketek. He spent three years aggressively growing Ticketek’s market share, partnerships and ticketing technology innovation. After a stint as a Partner and Director of SEL, one of Australia’s leading sports and entertainment companies, Geoff returned in 2011 to lead the diversification of Ticketek and its affiliated companies into touring and data analytics. TEG has expanded rapidly under Geoff’s leadership to become a global leader in live entertainment, ticketing and technology. Geoff has previously held senior executive roles at IMG and Foster’s.

Sandra Rouse

Chief Financial Officer

Sandra Rouse joined Ticketek in 2010 in the role of Head of Finance and in 2011 moved into her current role as Chief Financial Officer for TEG. Sandra is responsible for all aspects of the financial control, performance management and reporting across the group. Prior to joining TEG Sandra held senior management positions in major consumer goods companies in Australia and Great Britain, including Diageo, Yum Restaurants, Heinz and Burger King. Her most recent role before joining TEG was as the Finance Director for the UK and Nordics at Burger King. Sandra qualified as a CPA in 2000 and holds a Commerce degree from UNSW.

Amanda Luhrmann

Group General Counsel

Amanda Luhrmann is TEG’s Group General Counsel overseeing the legal, governance and compliance functions of the group globally. Amanda has practised in corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, having worked in a leading national law firm where she specialised in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions before moving in-house to various executive management roles in media production, advertising, live events, music, theatre, film, building, agribusiness and food & beverage. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and is an International Chartered Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Amanda Luhrmann

Chief Technology Officer

Tane leads TEG’s award-winning Sydney-based technology team while evolving and executing the company’s technology capability and investments. Tane has 10 years’ experience at TEG and its ticketing business Ticketek, transforming the customer experience for live events and working with cutting edge technologies and TEG’s software partners including Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks and MongoDB. Tane has over 20 years’ experience in software development and architecture and previously worked for QVC in London.

Prior to joining TEG, Tim worked at Live Nation, and held previous roles in advisory, consulting, and as an entrepreneur. Tim is responsible for the expansion and growth of TEG’s integrated model throughout Asia.

Toby Leighton Pope

Toby Leighton-Pope is Managing Director of TEG EUROPE and oversees the operation, strategic direction and rapid expansion of TEG’s UK-based integrated Live Entertainment, Ticketing, Venue, Digital and Data operations. Toby’s stellar career in live music has included promoting many of the world’s biggest acts including Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Michael Bublé, Jack Johnson and Olly Murs, plus many of the largest indie acts including Arcade Fire and Florence and The Machine. Toby also promoted the Hard Rock Calling festival, including artists Paul McCarney, Stevie Wonder and The Who. From 2016 to December 2021, Toby was co-CEO of AEG Presents UK. Prior to joining AEG, he worked at Live Nation holding a variety of roles over 16 years including Senior Vice President Music.

Rachael has had a diverse career spanning senior roles in government, major event and tourism agencies through to being co-owner of an entrepreneurial sport and music promotional company. Rachael has developed major event and tourism strategies for cities, led successful government major event bids and executed host city planning for major events, including the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and the New Zealand 2011 Rugby World Cup.

Prior to TEG, Rachael was the Director and CEO of the Duco Events group of companies, leading the creation and delivery of multiple international major sporting events, overseeing the acquisition and growth of live music content as well as working in the intriguing word of international boxing promotion. As Managing Director, TEG Sport and Experiences, Rachael is responsible for the growth of TEG’s sport portfolio and its family and experiential entertainment businesses.

Colin Daniels

Managing Director, South by Southwest Sydney

Colin Daniels is the Managing Director of South by Southwest Sydney. Colin spent the over a decade as the Managing Director of Inertia, Australia’s leading music distribution business. When global music company [PIAS] acquired Inertia from Colin and his partners in 2017, Colin was appointed Regional Managing Director of [PIAS] Group for America and Asia Pacific, based in Los Angeles. Colin has worked internationally for EMI Music and started his 30 year career as a talent scout for Mushroom Records.

Andrew Reid

General Manager, Ovation

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in data, analytics and research. Before joining TEG, Andrew was head of digital investments and data at Dentsu Asia-Pacific, managing digital publishers relationships and data-related product development. A former practicing sports and commercial lawyer, with a BA and LLB from Otago University in New Zealand, a Masters in Commercial Law (Hons) from Auckland University Bart attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School 2010, (AMP 179).
